EXCHANGE POLICY
01. In-Store purchases
a) In-store purchases are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase (as indicated in the bill).
b) The item intended for exchange must be;
▪ In excellent condition;
▪ Inclusive of its original tags and packaging;
▪ Unwashed.
c) Following items will not be accepted for exchange;
▪ Damaged products;
▪ Discounted/Sale items.
d) There will be no cash refunds for exchanges. The customers can exchange an item for another item of equal value or an item of higher value, provided the difference in value is settled using either cash or card.
e) The customer is required to present the original bill and bring the item to the store to initiate the exchange process.
02. Online purchases
a) Online purchases are eligible for exchange within 14 days from the delivery date.
b) The item intended for exchange must be;
▪ In excellent condition
▪ Inclusive of its original tags and packaging;
▪ Unwashed.
c) Following items will not be accepted for exchange;
▪ Damaged products;
▪ Discounted/Sale items.
d) In the event a customer can prove the receipt of a defective product, an incorrect size, or a different colour than the one originally ordered, prompt remedial action will be initiated to address the inconvenience caused.
e) There will be no cash refunds for exchanges, unless the customer received a defective product.
f) An item can be exchanged only to a different size/colour of the same style or a different style/styles of the same value.
g) Online purchases can be exchanged at our flagship store physically or returned to our store through courier service. Please contact our customer-care service for assistance;
